Andy Newell is the owner and head Muay Thai Coach here at Hertford Comb at Academy . Andy opened HCA in 2014 and he brings over twenty five years of hands on experience training , coaching and fighting in Muay Thai. He has trained and fought in Thailand against notorious Thai fighters such as Nong Toom in Thailands revered Rajadamnern Stadium. Andy retired from the fight circuit in 2005 and now his focus is on coaching the next generation of Muay Thai fighters. Andy has created a fantastic training environment at HCA with the team being at the heart of everything we do here. The club is going from strength to strength and Andy now has a solid, successful stable of young athletes who are regularly fighting on the top shows across the country and internationally. Andy’s dedication to both the club and his students is clear to see, his passion for training and competition is infectious and the club currently holds several domestic and international titles.
